Microspace Solidifies Partnership with Broadcast International

Companies join with Helius at ASTD show to offer complete distance learning solution

Raleigh, NC (May 7, 2003) ) - Microspace Communications Corp. (Microspace), the operator of the largest business satellite broadcast network in the world, announces a partnership with Midvale, UT-based Broadcast International, a recognized pioneer in video-based content development and distribution.

In partnership with Helius, Inc. for the hardware component, this consortium of companies offers an affordable and comprehensive solution for distance learning and business television via satellite. The first opportunity to showcase the solution will be at the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD) 2003 International Conference and Exposition, May 18-22, 2003 in San Diego, CA, booth #835.
